Cleanup motive still a mystery

The next time you have the opportunity to interview Parker Donham on the motives of Elizabeth May and the Sierra Club of Canada ( Tarponds Dust Study Profiled in Environment Health Journal, Feb.25), could you please ask him the one question that puzzles me: "Why should we spend hundreds of millions of dollars to clean the tarponds if, as Donham insists, they pose no threat to the community?"
